How our process works:

Step 1: Choose from our inventory or retro campers or we can work on one you already have

Step 2: We go over your wish list and create a quote and a plan.

Step 3: All your parts, appliances and paint is ordered ahead of time so we will have all your components ready to go.

Step 4: Work on your trailer starts and we will consult and keep you posted with photos and updates throughout the process.

Step 5: Enjoy your restored camper!

A Boler repair can take 2-6 weeks depending on the scope of the project.

At Nomad Customs, we offer a full restoration and renovation on your Boler. A full restoration takes about 10-14 weeks and we normally book for restoration appointments a couple of months in advance. Get in touch and let us know how we can help!

What’s Included

• Exterior Boler paint (single colour)

• Rivetless finish

• Minor Fibreglass repair

• Fill old holes and openings that are not needed

• Removal of boler windows and slight buffing of window frames

• Reinstall and Resealing of Jalousie or aluminum windows with new butyl, stainless steel screws and caulking (white, black, grey or clear)

• New Front and rear polycarbonate glass and window rubber seal and install

• Remove existing boler roof vent and replacing with a powered roof vent

• Fibreglass repair on door jamb cracks

• Removal and reinstall of original belly band

• Re hanging of Boler door, New exterior door seal, Re-alinging of door strike plate

• Painting of rims to match boler paint colour

• Removal, resealing and reinstall of Boler Emblem

• Water Testing for leaks

• New Trailer side markers

• New Trailer Tires

• Baby Moon Hub Caps (for use on original boler rims that accept these type of hub caps)
